Studies of Global Media student Aye Chang Aung will present her M.A. capstone project "Beyond Pity and Heroism: Journalistic Media Representations of Persons with Disabilities - A Critical Review," and share a best practices guide that she created for journalists in covering/engaging with those who have disabilities.
