'Finding Oscar': Panelists at UA talk about making of film

The Center for Border & Global Journalism (CBGJ) hosted a screening and Q&A afterward for the Steven Spielberg-executive-produced documentary, "Finding Oscar," on Feb. 22, 2017.
Co-producer Scott Greathead, visiting scholar Ana Arana, director Ryan Suffern and Associate Professor Celeste González de Bustamante discussed the making of the film, which is about the 1982 Dos Erres massacre in Guatemala and the decades-long search for two boys who survived.
The film drew on co-reporting from Arana. The film will be available for streaming in summer 2017.
Bustamante moderated the panel, and CBGJ co-director William Schmidt introduced the film, which was shown at the UA Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering Building (AME) 202 Auditorium.
